Woods vs. BTS

Has anyone used the Woods VB? Its the exact same price as the BTS, and according to whats on their site it does the same thing but I haven't heard anyone whose actually used it. I'm trying to make my trans last awhile longer and clean up my shifts, not support bigger injectors or go bogging. Thanks

Woods is mostly a cali thing, I read about his in cali published mags more than bts, but here more people have bts.

They are both well known for building great transmissions, so I would imagine its the same for valve bodies. If you are close enough to JW drive in there, he will install it and test it all out and fine tune if need be

isnt he here in so cal? i was actually thinking when i have the cash for a tranny to get built i would give him a hollar

Yes he is, just have to make an appt. to get it in and tell him what you want done.

I also thought about a road trip when I do the BTS, just drive down to AR and have him do it all and be done. By doing it that way, there is no install charge, no shipping....and you can watch him rape your truck lol

thats the idea, kause if i had to go pick it up i would just install it myself, if i can get it and its just bolt in and fill up it should be pretty easy, kause its only like 6 bolts to pull from the motor, and the cross member and transfer case

I think JW doesnt charge an install fee either, I would just drop it off and tell him what you want done....LOL or stop at this $$ amount LMAO
