Truck Surging

I have recently been experiencing a problem of my truck surging between 1400 and 1600rpm. It is only periodically and doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes it'll happen 4 times in a row and then other times I can't make it happen if I wan't it to. Anybody have any ideas of what this could be?

I haven't got a clue. Maybe I should get that checked out. I was hoping it might be something simple like a sensor.

Sounds like it may be you CPS (cam positioning sensor) I had the same sort of problem, its a simple fix and it cured my issue. Apparently its common on the 7.3.

Just do a google search and there's lots of info
