Idle shake

Recently my truck has started shaking very noticeably whenever I put it into park. It goes away after i put it in drive. Also I noticed a whine when I turned the truck off, Idk what to start looking for

Whine is the turbo I would imagine and idle shake could be a fuel pressure problem

I was kinda thinking fuel pressure, but the whine sounds like its coming from underneath.

What'll that do? It sounds expensive. And can it be replaced in the truck?

Well to put it perspective I've done trans rebuild on my gasser Chevy. But those are WAY easier to drop out and do a bench job, these monsters are really heavy
