No start help!!!

I have a 94 Ford F350. It has a 7.3 Powerstroke. My problem is that it will not start. It is hard to start in the cold. I forgot to plug it in 2 weeks ago. My wife went out to start it at 6am. It tried to start twice but nothing. I tried to start it for the last 2 weeks and nothing. I have replace the fuel filter and cam sensor. The reason I replaced the cam sensor is that it has been running rough for a while. I have had this truck sense last Oct. Can someone help me find what I am missing please? My fuel is not gelled at all. I have checked for power current to my glow plugs and injecters and I have good current. Any help that you all would have will be awesome. Thanks in advance.

What does it do when you turn the key? Engine turn? Where are you? What's the temp?

Everything works when I turn the key on. When I try to start it... it just cranks and cranks but will not even try to start. I can crank all day long tell the bats die. I have kept it pluged in every night but I did forget to plug it in 2 weeks ago. I have had it pluged in ever sense. Im just at a total loss.

fuel pressure when cranking?

voltmeter to the batteries?

Not sure what the pressure is cause I dont have a gauge on the truck or in my tool box that will tell me. The Bats are good. Only a year old. Would a bad ICP Sensor keep the truck from starting?

you can get a test gauge for i think 10$ most places. Did you check the battery with a voltmeter? A visually "good" battery can be a failure and being a year old doesn't mean anything.

No I havent checked the Bats with a meter yet. We got about 8" of snow last night so I will do that when It stops snowing. What sensor can make it stop running other then the cam sensor?
