1995 127k Having a problem

Hi, I'm newer to the forum and I have spent some time looking around but haven't found anything that helps me determine what could be worng with my car.

I have a 95 7.3 Van. 90% of the time I have a light duty 6x12 enclosed trailer with a few hundred pounds in it for now. When I don't have the trailer hooked up right at 45 MPH I get a real bad jerk- It just jerks till I let of the gas. When the trailer is on I can tell around that speed but it is subtle. The van is starting to get a rough idle and a loss of power-Not all the time but more often than not. Could just be the way the transmission is but it seems to shift before it should sometimes.

I have changed the fuel filter- rear abs speed sensor- Any Ideas what may be wrong here?

im having a problem like that. It jerks and shudders, especially after a hard pul. im thinking its the HPOP running out of oil. I have a used 17* off of a superduty, with unknown mileage. Either its the IDM or the HPOP. Get some diagnostic work done, or if you know someone with a GOOD scanner (solus, or equivalent) and check HPOP pressure at WOT
