Engine Block Heater ???

I've been searching this forum and other PSD forums trying to find this answer and have been unable to. Is the engine block heater a standard feature on the 1995 F250 PSD?

I found that the 1997 has an optional engine block heater. I also looked at my window sticker and it is not listed as standard equipment but the 5.8L V8 is also listed as standard.

Any insight would help.

Thanks

I found the engine block heater but no chord to plug it in. Any clues on where I can find this? I searched in the bumper and around the driver side battery.

No luck finding the cord. I'm going to try to lift it up at work tomorrow and see if that doesn't help. They let me use the extra mechanics bays at work from time to time.

The heater itself is above the oil filter, threaded into the oil cooler header.
The cord runs along the driver side frame rail to the radiator support.

I know on the SD trucks the heater is on every truck, but some have cords and some don't. I sale the cords all the time(I work in the parts dept. at a Ford dealership), they are not cheap, but they just plug right in and go.

I read somewhere that the 08 and newer trucks only got them if they were delivered to an upper midwest state or north east region. I Could be wrong though, it's been known to happen.
