Fuel leak

Thanks to all who told me about the UVCH. That was the problem and I fixed it up for next to nothing.

New problem now. I have fuel leaking from the fuel dump line. The fuel bowl lever is in the off position and the fuel is a very noticeable slow stream. It only leaks when the truck is running. There is no cap that I can see on the open end of the dump line. Any advice or ideas as to what's causing it to leak and how to fix it?

2000 F250 lariat with 187000 miles.

Thanks Mike.
