Have sent the needle past the end many times, once trying to catch my girlfriends Mustang, never did catch her, but was gaining and she later said she was at 105.

I'd say about 105 or 110 is the limit without gearing changes. By 100 you're almost up to yellow. Idk how fast I was going (iphone gps and no service) but had it floored in 5th for about 3 miles across flat land.... felt like my truck was about to fall apart on me

Depends on the rear end gears. In my '95 with a ZF5 and 3.55 gears, at 3500 RPM, it'll do 135. Screaming, but she'll scoot.

I've seen a video on youtube of a bone stock 7.3 OBS doing like 120 or 130. It was pretty cool. I dont remember if it was gps verified or by another car or what.

I've had mine pegged real good with a load, let off it took a couple seconds to come off the peg, I'm only assuming 120 110

you must have 3.55s. mine is at 2500 RPM at 75 with 4.10s. personally I dont feel too safe after about 85 in a 7500lb truck
