Where to buy exhaust manifolds??

Does anybody know of a reputable place that I can buy a driver's side exhaust manifold for my PSD? I tried the Ebay Parts Wholesale store, but a month later they still don't have any in stock and can't seem to tell me when they will.

So has anybody found anything cheap anywhere else? I can't shell out $340 to Ford for this.
