DIY intake will give noticable gains, down pipe and straight pipe will make it sound better and slight notice in performance, custom tunes are safer on an auto trans

What exactly you looking for tho? Kind of a general question.

Any big mods supporting mods should be done first or at the same time atleast.

Its a little general of a question, but hopefully you will get some good stuff. Hop in the OBS chat and you'll hear tons of great stuff.

Like kris said, get the Tymar intake, ditch the POS downpipe and get a new one and full exhaust, and get some custom tunes for it. There's tons of great companies for that. If you're looking at injectors, check out Rosewood. He does a great budget build for a good price and puts out a good product. If you upgrade injectors, upgrade the HPOP. I like the T500 from Terminator. Joey works quick and has a great product for a good price. If you start doing these big upgrades, beef up the tranny. If its a hand shaker, look into Valair and Southbend for clutches. Someone else will have to help you out for the autos. Get a set of gauges to monitor everything before you start doing anything after the intake and exhaust. If you want to start going real big, get a set of hybrid injectors and upgrade the turbo, switch over to e-fuel, and head studs.
