Front frame horns

Just wondering if the front frame horns of a 92F350 2wd would be the same as a 95 250 4wd?? I want to fab up a tow bar to go pick up a non running truck thats 4 hours away and im thinkin thats going to be the easiest way is to jst use a tow bar. Also will the wiring be similar from a 92 idi to a 95 psd? or would i have to put my whole wiring harness in that cab
