How much should I get for my truck?

I have a buddy that keeps asking if I want to sell my truck. He must know a lot of people that need work trucks, or something. It's a '95 7.3l F350 crew cab, auto, 2wd. It runs great, it just needs a paint job and a couple of window motors replaced. I'm in the San Antonio area. I don't need or really want to sell it, but what would be a fair price for it? KBB tells me around $5,500 in "fair" condition, but I would tend to put it more towards the "good" condition. Thanks for any comments.
