MPG and a few more horses....
I was wondering if you guys had any ideas about upgrades for my truck. I am intrerested mostly in MPG gains and maybe a few more horses. its a 95 PSD crew cab dually. It's stock, and has a 178k on it. I don't want a stump puller, just something that will scoot a little quicker and get better mileage. I tow a little bit, in the mountains, a small camper. I won';t tow anything past the weight rating of the truck. I've looked at several tuners and such, but they seem for balls out power. I need reliable upgrades, and not too harsh on the budget. Any info you guys have would be awesome.

I'd say replace the exhaust and air filter system, will help the engine breathe better and cut backpressure. That'll give you a few ponies and better mpg (as long as your right foot isn't too heavy with the extra power.) ...And a side note: if you do decide to get a tuner/chip, get some gauges to keep an eye on vitals like boost/egt
