Junk yard or make your own. You could go to a dealership and pay topp dollar, ebay may have one as well.

I bought an adapter at walmart that went from the factory round 6 pin to the round 7 pin and flat 4 pin. It was less than $30.

i pulled the one off my 98 navigator last night thje one plug works but i have to splice into the brake controller. i called ford this morning and teh wiring harness for my 99 was 151 dollars. best bet is to check Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market or your local pick and pull junk yard. the parts man also said to find a later navigator and pull it off there cause there all teh same. good luck.

Thought I saw the Harness you need at TSC. They have the harness with a plug on one end and about 8 feet of the wiring. Then you can buy whatever plug you need for the other end. I think the whole shebang ran me around $32.00 in June, 07. Hope this gives you start.
