Any ideas?

I had my throwout bearing go after 150k of owning my 97 and got a new southbend clutch put on. The new bearing lasted about 2k before it fell apart and damaged the shaft it rides on. After about 500 miles my slave cyli set blew from the higher spring pressure of the new clutch. Now the 2nd throwout bearing went after being on for about 600 miles. This work has all been done at the dealer. Any ideas as to why my truck could be burning through bearings? I can't afford to be down a my truck this much.
