What year is this Y-Pipe off of?

I found a 7.3 factory intercooler, y-pipe, and cooler pipes for sale locally for a GOOD price.

The problem is the guy doesn't know what year it came off of. He knows it was off a 7.3, but not the year.

Can anyone identify if this came off an early '99 or if it was off a late '99+ 7.3?

Looks like a late 99 to me. Have him send you a photo of the other side of it, if there is an AIH it's a late 99. Or, have him measure the outlets, 2" on E99 and 3" on L99. The 2 you need to measure are to the left in the second pic, one pointing left and one pointing up in the first pic.

Well crap.

I guess I could still get the intercooler, pipes, and everything in those pictures for $150 and just find an early '99.
