Looking for info on 95 F250 with 59K Actual miles

I have found a truck I'm interested in.

1995 F250 4x4 Long box, extra cab. 7.3 with Auto Trans.Truck has a documented 59,000 ACTUAL miles. Its pretty clean for a New England truck. It requered Brake lines and fuel lines due to rust under neath... From sitting and not being used.

What are things I should look for? Any concerns about the engine with such low miles?

I can buy the truck for $11,000 and it comes with a new fisher plow.

Truck belonged to an old guy that hardly ever drove it... used it to plow his own drive way. It seems to run very well... Drives nice.

Any thoughts? Truck is 100% STOCK.

Thank you

PS I'm new to Diesels... but am a 15 year certified master tech for gas cars.
Just need a truck for towing a camper and my car trailer with my off road truck on it. Plan to keep it pretty much stock

I'd change the fluids and filters, and make sure it has some fresh fuel.
