Question AutoEnginuty EOT

AE has been displaying maximum 150F oil temp... On my 1994.5.
Have watched EOT climb from cold start to 150F over 30 minutes many times.
No matter how hard or long truck runs, it never goes above 150F.
Checked water temp between 190 - 195F with thermometer...
Figured the EOT sensor was going bad because thermometer dipped in HPOP reservoir matched oil temp up to 150F. When thermometer goes above 150 AE still shows 150. HPOP engine oil temp via thermometer is between 180 - 190 once engine fully warmed up.
So i went Brown Bros. Ford and spent $95.00 for a new EOT sensor...
Installed the updated harness and sensor.
AE still READS maximum of 150F!
I'm puzzled???????
Could AE have a software glitch? As could not change display to Metric (Celsius) Could it be 1994.5 glitch too?
Could any of members with AE and 1994.5's through 1997's check your EOT readings with AE and post back readings?
Stumped

Exclamation

Received reply from AE tech support. EOT reading is fixed in version 9.0.
I;m running version 8.3
Good thing is that PCM reads the voltage from sensor correctly. AE is displaying the voltage correctly. Error is in converting the voltage to temperature.
Anyone need an EOT sensor used one time...
