Stage 1's will run fine with the stock pump just clean the screen and do the BB mod.

1 at a time starting with the back..suck out the oil then take out the next Inj..etc then resuck all over again then put in the new Inj's.

You should be looking at a HPOP..17* or best..SRP1

IC Will be needed along with guages.

while ur there do the glow plugs also.

to clear oil from cylinders:
-installed the injetors
-removed the glowplug
-reinstalled the valve covers with a few bolts.
-with the wiring harnes un pluged cranked the motor for 30 seconds.
-This will clear all the oil from the cylinders.
I also used shop rags to soke up oil as i pulled injectors.

Also alfter you have torqued all the injectors to spec u should place a straight edge across the top of them make sure they are all level. If not it means they are not seated all the way and/or one of the old brass washers got left in the injector cup. CTPerformance told me this trick.

Assembly lube.

Also I am running stage1s with manuel lift pump and 15*hpop. I never had a problem with EGTs unless towing daily driving was fine. Of course i did not run a tunner.

BB mod is just adding a bb to the FPR spring, it increases fuel pressure a tad.
IC can be done by buying an e99 spyder,IC, and fabricating sd pipes to fit.

BB stands for...bb (it is just a bb out of a bb gun) and fpr=Fuel pressure regulator. Check it out....OBS FPR Shim and Gauge Install
