Low Power and MPG

OK here goes. Rebuilt injectors from Pensacola Diesel, new UVCH's, new fuel pump, new EOT sensor, new ICP, new IPR, new Up pipes, new glow plugs and new glow plug relay. My problem has not changed since all this new stuff, low power and low MPG. Before the miles hit around 110000 truck was getting 19-21mpgs and had plenty to haul 9000 lb trailer. Now struggles up a 7 1/2 % grade and only gets around 15 mpg on a good day. I do have 285 tires which shouldn't have made that much difference. I have logged the haul up the hill with AE and seems to be fine with Duty cycle and icp pressure????? No codes either. Anyone have any ideas where to turn now???????????? Been like this now for quite some time now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Still have hard start issues some also. Gonna change starter today(seems weak). Please help. About ready for auto-homicide.Wondering who will cypher my AE recordings if I send them.?????????????????????????????????

im willing to bet your problem is those chitty Pensacola diesel injectors.. they make crap, and sell crap simple as that....

I will agree. I had to replace 2 of them right after I changed them out. Think 2 more are about to go ****bag but the power and mpg problem started way before the swap. Truck just seemed like one day it decided to not try anymore.???? Know of any one who is will to diagnose my AE results?

I know it won't solve my problem but it made me feel better anyway. A little late but just filed a complaint with the BBB about Pensacola Diesel. Nothing will probably come of it but like I said made me feel better. Didn't realize they were such a chitt company until now after resaching a little more. They had good feedback (so I thought) and the price was cheap. Live and learn I guess................

how is your turbo? the boots arent cracked are they?

Yeah I did and have to eat it. Filed a claim with BBB but they closed it because of being over a year......And they wonder how scams keep happening to people. Anyone know how to diagnose from AE recordings? I would send mine if someone would care enough to chime in............................?????????

OK Here is what I got.....Throttle mashed on 7 1\2 % grade from the 97 mark to about 145 on the chart. Feels like nothing left at about half throttle.

Any techies on here care enough to take a look see at my AE attachments and tell me what they think???????????????????????????????

Or maybe a bump to keep it alive.................
