original application napa 6637 or part # cross referencing

Can anyone tell me what year make model vehicles used the napa 6637 filter. Reason I'm asking is I want to shop filter prices and most parts guys don't seem to be able to cross reference by just competitor model number.

Alternatively, please reply and post up other mfg filter part numbers. here is what I have:

Nappa 6637

Donaldson 085011

Baldwin PA 2818

Oreilly ?????

Advanced Auto ?????

others ???

Get your credit card ready and go to fleetfilter.com.I don't think Advance or other auto stores will stock it ,and it seems napa has them, but their's are pricey .
