Well its time to re-redo a problem with a oil leak that I've been told is in the front cover along with some wiring issues. Will have to pull the motor out to take care of. Will also be pulling heads off again to check everything out. I would like to know why (other than to sell more parts) they ever came out with pre stest head bolts that have to be changed evertime you take the haeds off? have thought about putting studs in. Anybody got any ideals about this.

you do not want to re-use Torque To Yield (TTY) bolts. They lose their elasticity once torqued, and considering the PITA it is to do headgaskets, buy studs, or replace the bolts.
