HiSteer D60 Tie Rod ???

I have been spending alot of time researching a new tie rod setup for my ball joint dana 60 swap into my 95 F250.

I am coming up empty... I would like to run a 1 1/4 DOM threaded tube in place of the OEM rod, but cant seem to find tie rod ends that are spec'd to fit the ball joint axle setup. Does anyone know if the Chevy rod ends will fit these front ends, from my research it looks like the Chevy ends will fit the king pin style but I cant find anywhere that sell rod ends to fit a ball joint style axle.

Thought about using Heim Joints but then I would have to drill my knuckles to accomodate the standard bolt to fasten them.

What is everyone using out there ????

I dont know if you have solved your problem yet, but... GM TRE's would be the way to go. You can find 7/8 18tpi threaded tubing inserts at various websites. You can also build your drag link with opposite threaded TRE's on either side, making it easily adjustable. You can either ream out the locations you need to fit the TRE or you can get inserts. You drill a 1" hole and install the insert that accepts the GM TRE.
