Steering column pod on an auto truck
Just curious if anyone who has one of these snapped some photos during the install. I bought a pod for a stick thinking I could trim it to fit but now I'm not so sure. Here are a few pics, if anyone has similar pics with a pod for an auto truck please share.

Looks like it would work, give it a shot, trim it up, and you should be able to drill some small holes, maybe use a pop rivet or two and be good to go.

My concern is how the hole for the shifter in the OEM cover partially overlaps the recesses area the gauge will be sitting in, and whether or not I can trim the pod to allow the shifter to work right. I may just sell this pod to my buddy who has a stick and buy the one for an auto.

i just used some wall clamps for holding tubing to walls and bent them around the gauge and painted them black.i then used a short screw to screw into the column. They have been like that for over 2 yrs now and it works great.
