Newbie Bought first Diesel

Howzit guys. New to the forums and wanted to say Aloha. I just bought a
1995 F350 crew cab, long bed, Auto trans. Its got 135,000 miles. Did the basic already ( check brakes, change oil, checked fluids). The truck runs killer, but I was wondering what else I should be checking or doing preventative maintenance on. Im plannin on keepin this truck for a while and want to keep it in top shape. Im in Hawaii and that does effect some things for gas cars a little differently but not sure about Diesels. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Aloha

Aloha indeed from Viagra Falls, Ontario. Fuel filter, probably water pump/pulleys/belt are in order and get new batteries if you question the current ones at all. If around salty water all the time maybe an oil spray of the chassis. The OBS is rust prone around salt. Enjoy your toy.

Well seems like youve checked most things. If you want to make it last maybe a coolant filter added would help. Change all the differential fluids. Welcome

It might not be an issue yet, but the camshaft positioning sensor also might be something to check because they tend to fail on these trucks. also i doubt you need them out there in hawaii but glow plugs are good to look at too.
