was a dana 60 an option in a f250?

like the title says a guy i work with guarantees me that 1992-1997 f250'ss had the option of a dana 60. i thought the 60 was only used on 1992-1997 f350's. who is wrong?

please correct me if im off on the body style years.
i also know that the d60 was used on older f250's prior to ttb.

Not an option for the F-250, at least in those years.

I dont think a d60 was ever an option in a 250, 70's 250s sometimes had them and the truck was labeled as 'heavy duty'. I had one, it was a 77
