No brake lights or turns

I have a 97 F-250 crew cab. Brake lights and turn signals stopped working.
No hazards either.
Running lights work.
Fuses test good and have power (dash fuse box by driver door is all I know)
Bulbs good (only checked driver side)

Cab running lights were leaking water and soaked the dash (just bought replacements)
Any ideas?
Does anyone know what repair manual is best to buy (with good electric trouble shooting/schematics) for the 97?
