gettin an OBS what should i look for

im gettin an obs f250 with a fisher plow, 4x4, 199k on it. auto. what should i look for besides the cps, and the tranny, are there any other known issues with the 7.3. stuff i should check and whatnot. its xlt so its got all the options, cruise, everything. also could i put 550 springs on it front and rear, giving it a 3.5 or 4 inch lift. thanks.

my fathers friend had an 03 7.3 with a bundle of problems with the HPOP, the HPOP line and HPOS... should i look for these in this truck?
