E40 Upgrades
Has anyone ever heard, seen or know if it is possible to swap or rebuild an e40 into a 5 or 6 speed auto. I know tons of people do manuals but I'd like to save the shifting for fast cars

Just wanting to know if its possible to replace the 4spd e40 with a 5 or 6 speed, but not a manual, another automatic.

 Not for nothin'.... The E4OD is a 5 speed auto.... Or did i miss somthing????

The E4OD is a four speed, hence the "4" in the name. You may think it is a 5 speed with the TC locking and unlocking.
