Does anybody know where this wire goes?

I found a stray wire here. Can you tell me if this is supposed to connect to something? It was right behind and to the left of the fuel filter on top of the engine. Its a 1995 7.3 PSD in an F250. Its loosing power randomly and that's why I was poking around in there.

Probably the fuel restriction sensor, though if thats what it is it should be on the other side of the fuel bowl.

if it is on the left side (drivers side) good chance its the fuel bowl heater unpluged because its grounding out do to a bad heater. Wont do any damage being unpluged
