water in fuel

about 2 days ago i put about 20 gallons of fuel in my truck from a transfer tank. it had been in there for about 2 months and had gotten some condensation in it. my truck ran fine on the back tank, but when i switched over to the front it started running rough under a load. idleing it was fine and low speeds it was fine. this morning it would not fire at all. i got some pump fuel from the station and put 5 gallons in the back tank and drained the fuel bowl and put good fuel in there. now it still won't fire. all fuses are good. plenty of oil. is there something i'm missing?

We had a three day weekend last week and my wife and I took the Dually since we went to a rather large flea market then checked out several more in Upstate S.C. well I stopped at a station and filled up,I didn't get 15 miles and the water in fuel light came on,I pulled over and drained it went about 60 more and it did it again,I ended up draining the fuel bowl 9 times on both tanks.I have never had this happen before, most gas stations have filters, don't remember seeing one there.
