is there any way to test the ipr with an ohm meter

i have a 96 psd and i have changed alot of sensors and have never changed the ipr. is there a way to test it to see if its bad. if it was bad would the truck run at all.

Usually, if its bad, the truck wont run.

If the truck wont start when its hot, its probably got bad o-rings.

Theres a bunch of ways to tell if the IPR is bad, but the easiest way is to use a scanner and monitor things.
