yea sounds just right for stock, actually it sounds pretty good for stock!
Id think you might hit 25 with the chip on its highest setting, stock OBS trucks have tiny injectors and really limit you a lot |

I have a 97 Ford F-250 Extended Cab 4x4. I have the edge CS And my boost isn't very high at all. Cruising at about 60 mph I only see 3 lbs of boost. Gets up to like 8 when I'm towing.

That sounds about right stock. With custom tunes our old OBS would hit 27-28. But nobody around here knows how it did that. I'd say mid 20's max with great tunes.

So with just the programmer it will be lower than if I had a chip in it?

Maybe, depending on what the chip is. If its just plain TS tunes they'd probably be close. If you had custom tunes most likely it will be higher since custom tunes will get the most of your motor.

My truck has stock injectors, and I could hit 27psi without turning on the propane. With the propane I hit 31psi.

Youve either got AD's or it doesnt REALLY have stock injectors |

^^^ Both of you are wrong. Our late 97, which we bought brand spanking new in 97, would hit 27-28psi max with custom tunes. It was a non-cali truck, with stock injectors. Nobody knows how, but it did.
We also had another odd-ball, our 08 F-450. It would roast all 4 rear tires no problem, with a 11ft utility bed full of tools and materials. It weighed in at 14 or 15k lbs. It'd also smoke as much as our tuned 7.3, and got amazing gas mileage for a big heavy truck that was always towing with 4.10's. And it was bone stock. |
