Man, someones butt did a number on those seats. I had to do a double take with that little shell on the back. When I first looked at it I thought it was a 6 door.

Ya its just a little sleeper with a 115 gallon fuel tank under it. To do list: DIY intake, 6 pos chip, stage 1's, gauges, exhaust, and beefing up the tranny and torque converter.

I don't get it, if it was given to you when you were 16, how'd you just get it back?

That's cool. Did he knew the guy who he sold the truck to, or saw it for sale and bought it?

Thats pretty cool. I wish i could go back and buy our old OBS. My dad bought it new in 97, and put it in the company fleet in 03 when he bought his D-max. Then my brother bought it off him in 04 and drove it till summer of 09 when he bought a 6.0. He drove the OBS till that fall when he sold it. We owned it for 12 years, 231k miles, had almost every receipt and maintenance record possible for it. It got washed at least twice a month and waxed once a month.

But from the way my brother talked i wouldn't want to buy the truck off the current owner. It went from being a hard worked truck that we took perfect care of, to being a beater truck for some dude.
