Diff swap????

Hey guys just have a question about a diff swap. I have a 94 f250 psd and was wondering how hard it might be to install a soild axle from a 03 f350. Thank you very much for any help.

If you have the 03 there to make sure you get everything off it then not hard at all. If not then look at doing a 4 link front suspension. You can get the kits from numerous suspension companies.

It can be done but from what I've researched the differential case on the super-duty generation of trucks is larger in some dimensions over the front differential case that came on our generation of trucks. It can be done but it's not a straightforward bolt-in option.

the perches are 1.5 inches further apart than the obs. assuming you have 4wd
