getting ready to upgrade/repair ????

I have a 97 f-250 crew cab with a ZF5 with 240k miles on it. The factory fuel pump was just replaced and the clutch was also replaced about 10k miles ago. Im not sure what clutch was installed. I also installed a cold air. I'm installing the following.

valve cover seals
wiring harness and pig tails
Glow plugs
Swamps 1.5s
3" DP 4" exhaust
6 position
Dana 60 swap
I also have a spare rebuild 97 turbo and pedistal i will check the play on the one on the truck and decide if it needs replaced.

Is there anything else i need to replace or repair during this overhaul. Id rather do it once then have to put the truck down again. this is my daily driver.
