Losing power...?

The truck hasn't been started in about 2 weeks after I took a horse to NC. I finally went to take the trailor off and after a good 20 minute warm up I had a very hard time keeping my speed up on the same roads I take all the time.

My guess is that the fuel was cold and probably even a little bit gelled up. Once I dropped the trailor I didn't have any trouble.

Does anyone else have any suggestions as to what it might be?

I would put some fuel adatives in and maybe even check the air filter. Could be a little stuffed / frozen up. Just Ideas
