Trouble check engine light comes on then OD light flashing and tr==

I really need help for my 1995 F350 Powerstroke Dually. The engine light comes on occasionally, especially when it is cold, then the OD light flashes and then the downshift hard or buck once. If I put my foot on the brake it will stop. I am so confused. I have taken it to several mechanics and even replaced the transmission a year ago and still have this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No Led lights. Original lighting wiring harness to my knowledge. There is a wiring harness for a trailer hookup in the bed and under the rear bumper. How would the led affect the tranny?

fuse check worked.

Thanks. I was referring to ryandamo's comment of LED lights affecting the check engine tranny problem.
On a separate note, I read in the Forum to check fuse #22. I did and it was good, but loose and I checked all the fuses and cleaned the contacts and No problems this morning on the way to work!!
So far, so good - thanks Forum!
Thanks, Hank
