97 PSD bogs while at idle

I have a 97 F350 PSD with 328K miles. Recently, while at idle, or even coming up to a stop sign, it will try and bog down. After a few seconds, it will go back to a normal, smooth idle. I replaced the fuel filter but it didn't help. Could this be a sign of a injector pump going bad?

It could be your exhaust back pressure valve or EBPV. It is used to make the engine work harder when it is cold to make it warm up faster. If you notice it only does this on cold days that is probably it. Do a search on here to find all about it.
