clicking in fuse/relay box

when i turn the key on for wts, the relay second closest to the driver side panel starts clicking. the dash flickers and the door chime doesnt operate properly. i replaced the relay and its still doing the same thing. fuses are ok. thoughts?

ok, so if go ahead and turn the key the starter solenoid buzzes, if i jump the solenoid there is a buzz somewhere arund the motor, i would assume the starter but have no one around to help locate the noise. i may have two problems here.

when i was going throught my no start problem my truck did the same thing. my batteries where low. actually one was bad and the other one was low. after getting a new battery and charging the other one all went back to normal.

that was my problem. i was too pissed to do anything about it. abuot an hour after i posted this i stuck a charger on and it was ok. my batteries are toast from all the cranking and charging due to my hpop/ipr issue.
