1996 7.3L PSD Advice?

I just Purchased a 96 f 350 7.3L PSD. It has 195,000 on it and i have to clue where to start with upgrading it. the exhaust? the DP? the injectors? any advice or tips would be great considering i have never owned or worked on a diesel.

Here are some pictures so you know what i am dealing with.

A good intake, good exhaust and a 6 position chip will waken that engine right up.

I've been reading up on this and I absolutely agree. Performance-wise, when we have the funds, this is what I'm planning to do to our 96 first:

I'm looking at the Tymar intake, a 3" downpipe, 4" exhaust, and a TW chip.

With the same or similar set-ups, I've seen guys post a 3 MPG increase (or a little more) over stock too.

thats a hypermax intercooler kit, truck must have done some towing in its life.

Get a TS style chip from any one of the lovely vendors on here. GET GAUGES!!!!. intake and exhaust of course due to parasitic losses. Also is it an auto or a stick?
