95 psd vs 01 cummins

Hey I have a 1995 ford f-350 rclb custom e4od, 4in. Mbrp exhaust, afe stage II intake, ts 6 position, glowshift gauges, adrenaline hpop, hypermax intercooler, h2e modified turbo, swamps 250cc injectors, valve springs, push rods, head studs. And my buddy has a 01 dodge cummins with a 6spd 140hp injector nozzles, quadzilla chip, intake and exhaust. How will my psd compete against that?
