changin injector o rings

anybody have a how to? im sure i can get them apart and the rings changed out just fine but id like some torque specs for the re installation.

i know that i need to purge the oil out of the cylinders. i opened the plugs on the rail under the valve cover harness but nothing came out...is that normal?

its been having a hard time starting in the cold so im changing the glow plugs. the solenoid has already been done and it starts right up when plugged in

i figure why not do O rings while im in there, its got sort of a rough idle so im hoping the rings clear that up a bit.

its a 97 7.3 auto
