another cold start problem
when the truck sits for more than 6 hours or so without the block heater in under 50 degree weather, it takes forever to start, smokes like a sum***** and then fires up and runs like normal. stage 1 injectors, new ford glow plugs and relay, not the cam sensor. superchips programmer. any ideas? where to check and look?

how fast does the starter spin? haev you double checked the relay to be sure it works?
this may be a stupid question, but when you put the glows in, you did remember to attach the glow wire? |

Yeah. I double checked connection before i put the cover and new gaskets on. I'll check the relay when I get home.
