injector and computer swap

will single shot injectors and computers from a obs work in a super duty and would it work the other way around. The reason i ask is the my friend has hybrid injectors in his sd and we are talking of swaping parts because he is thinking of selling the truck.

No, the pin out on the connector for the PCM is different. The OBS PCM won't run the 4R100 if his truck is an auto.

The single shots will require custom tuning. IDK about the hybrids from the SD in the OBS. I had pondered a set of stock split shots in my OBS and was told that the split shots would run in an obs with a stock tune.

Splits will run okay without a custom tune, but its best to get a tune with them. The hybrids will drop right in no worries.

The stock splits in your truck will require a 17* pump and custom tunes.. so would using the Hybrids..Hybrids would need a elect fuel system and a turbo and trans if a auto or clutch if a stick
