CC LB 4x4 Dually?

Guys in a nut shell I'm looking for a new truck to play with. I want a OBS CC LB Dually 4x4. But I CANNOT for the love of god seem to find one. Ive checked every Craigslist add in New England and searched eBay for every truck there. I have found a few gassers but I want a PSD.
So the conclusion Ive come to is, that they didn't offer 4x4 in a CC dually for the OBS. I just cant find even one. Not even a rust bucket. Can anyone help me here on this? Did they really not offer it or are they just rare? Or what?

Also if anyone does have one/or knows someone with one Id appreciate it.

they are becoming rare. there are a few here in Kansas City area, and Texas always seems to have some. i search Dallas/FW frequently.

EDIT: hmm, maybe your on to something. i dont see any either. i see plenty of F350 4x4's but they are all SRW. now that i think about it i vaguely recall a thread about this a while back. maybe get an F350 SRW and find a wrecked DRW to swap in?

Ford didn't build a OBS 4X4 Dually. Not until the Super Dutys came out in 99. The ones that are out there, are either owner built or custom built by the after market.

what he said. but you could get a cab and chassis like you are looking for. I know of two and both were owner built.

i don't know about the older one but from at least 94-97 Ford didn't offer a F350 dually with 4x4, but you could get cab and chassis that had 4x4

I love mine, its not hard to do, find a 4dr 4wd lb, get the adapters off the front of a 3500 dodge ($100 on ebay) find a bed and rear axle and your done.

Send a message via Yahoo to SouthWest Dually
I am not sure about production from 94-97, but 89 had quite a few..

I wanted one too, now I have one! I started out with a gasser 2wd F-350 CC Dually, did the conversion over the PS and added 4wd.

The two easiest options to consider if you want to make one yourself, is by either getting a 2wd PS CC Dually, and adding the front 4wd suspension and transfer case onto it, or converting the SRW F-350 into the DRW with the front hubs getting swapped as well as the rear end modds!
