7.3L Boost??

Just wondering for those who have gauges, i have a 01' PSD, 7.3L and was wondering what everyone else was seeing in boost? How many PSI and what upgrades do you have? Also what temps are you seeing in EGT's? I have a 1805 SC and S&B Intake, Straight piped.

With my PHP chip on the 120 hp just driving on relatively flat ground ill see 24ish psi but I have seen 30 going up the mountain. EGTS range from 500-800 but ive seen 1150 towing. Other mods are afe stage 2 intake and 4 inch straight pipe exhaust.

I am seeing 28 or so but if you dont have a boost fooler you wont see more then 20-21 you need a boost fooler

What are you getting at idle and do you have your exhaust probe in the manifold or pipe?

With it to the floor im gettin 18-20 psi. I havent climbed any good hills yet so it might bump up a bit

Highest ive seen was 28lbs i think, maybe it was 24lbs? and that was wot, flat ground, seeing what she could do. egts got mid 1200's

I dont think my exhaust probes reading right, i cant lay into it and my temp will not break 300 degrees no matter what i do, i think my probe isnt far enough into the manifold??

Ill idle around 350 or less. I let it cool down until my egts get to 350 then shut it off. It will go lower but after a drive it takes a while. My probe is in my manifold. Where on the manifold do you have it?

Passenger side manifold, i can look straight in the wheel well and see it, abuot middle of the manifold i guess? and i think my probes not in far enough cause i've got almost 2 or 2 1/2 inches of the probe sticking out so im gonna adjust that and then see what happens.

Ok the placement makes a difference too. Mine is at the rear of the manifold which is hotter.
