Where is my block heater outlet located?

i have a 9 powerstroke and im having trouble starting it. i need to know where to plug it in.

that lip thats on your chrome bump and the valence, its attached to the backside of you chrome part should be

I've also found that Ford likes to hide them sometimes. I think my dads was tucked up behind the heater box, so you might just wanna do a little looking around under the hood.

mine was tucked in actually good thing i found it. now no more cold starts
