I need gears.

Alright guys, Im building my dana 60 and need a set of 3.54 gears for the darn thing. My friend thought that he had a set in one of his axles and after we checked he did not. I cannot justify buying a new set unless absolutely necessary.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

If you had 4.10's in it now...and a matching Ford 10 1/4, I'd send you mine and we could swap. It sounds like you don't have anything in it though

I have the 4.10 gear set that is out if my d60 but I do not heve a rear axle. If I could get a rear axle from my friend it would have a 3.54 gear set.

Dumb question: If I buy a new set do I need the reverse rotation set?

Top mounted pinion gears are reverse rotation.
