Off Road OBS
Got a new truck a while back, so the Powerstroke is now a toy!
97 F350 crew cab, long wheel base, 7.3L, custom chip, gauges, intake, exhaust, rear shackle flip, welded rear(miller locker), 4" front springs, 1" zero rate w/ axle 1.5" forward, new spicer u-joints, 35 spline chromoly outer shafts, East Coast Gear Supply drive flanges, Eaton 16,5 x 14 black steel 38.5x16x16.5 Baja Claws and some personal touches here and there. Questions? Comments? Suggestions? Nic ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Bigger and much stronger. They are also from East Coast Gear Supply. You would have to upgrade your hubs to match the larger 35 spline shafts. For daily driving, I would recommend Warn Premiums.

Yeah i cant see the point in me upgrading, but i was just curious. Those things seem massive

Yeah. They are definitely the way to go for any front dana 60 that will spend lots of time off road. Especially if there is a 7.3L sitting on it

I dont even run a front drive shaft most of the time, So it would be a waste of money for me i think. But you are 100% right. I love what you are doing with the truck

looks like a new toy to have around i'd love to tear our farms 91 with a Banks turbo system, and beat the hell out of it
